Die-cutting machine PROFIline ZM-320

The PROFIline ZM-320 semi-rotary label die-cutting machine is a newly developed processing machine with integrated slitter, rotary cross cutter and shingle delivery. The latest Bosch-Rexroth servo control system optimally monitors and controls all feed and winding positions.

The patented register control system is adapted to the respective product.

The rotary die-cutter is equipped with a 168-tooth magnetic cylinder. Only the die-cutting plate needs to be replaced for set-up. Special features of the PROFIline ZM-320 are high speed, super precise, easy operation, high efficiency and low costs. It is perfect for all types of label printing and die-cutting jobs. For large quantities, the magnetic cylinder can be exchanged and the machine can be operated in rotary mode to achieve higher speeds. The PROFIline ZM-320 minimizes waste and achieves maximum efficiency, making it an ideal processing machine for any print shop.
