The JT-2000SL core cutting machine is a fully automatic cutting machine for large quantities of plastic and cardboard cores with an inner core diameter of 50-155 mm and a core wall thickness of 2-15 mm.
The machine is designed for continuous operation.
Professional core cutter PROFIline JT-2500SL
The PROFIline JT-2500SL core cutting machine is suitable for series manufacturers. The fully automatic core cutter can be used to seamlessly supply downstream cutting systems with the right roll cores for films, paper and adhesive tapes, for example.
The Profiline JT-2500SL is suitable for cutting plastic and cardboard cores with a wall thickness of up to 15 mm and an inner core diameter of 76 mm (3"). Shafts for 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 3 inch and 6 inch are optionally available.
The robust core cutting machine is equipped with a large magazine for the long sleeves, so that continuous operation is possible. The core magazine only needs to be refilled occasionally. The cutting edges are burr-free and very clean thanks to the long-life circular knives. The shaft bearings, drive and mechanics are designed for continuous operation (non-stop operation).
The control system (touchscreen) allows different core widths to be specified in one work order. The automatic core cutting program then processes this work order without any further intervention by the operator.
